Mid-Shift 2020

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.” - Margaret Mead

Dear friends,

I hope you are all doing well under these very difficult circumstances. This has been a trying time for us also. We are working hard at home and online … busy planting a garden and attempting to keep things as smooth as possible for our three daughters and my mother who lives with us. This time has also been a true gift … a wonderful time of deepening relationships and finishing unfinished business. I am optimistic about this time, that we can usher in a new age.

I don't think it takes a psychic to predict that things are going to change even more dramatically, and perhaps in the future we will mark history from pre- and post-bug19. From my conversations with this viral critter, I feel that we are not dealing with a naturally occurring entity. This virus has a metallic/machine feel — an angry, fire dragon/reptile quality. My encounter with this microscopic malevolent was beyond disturbing and brought me to weep deeply … for all of us.

This all feels extremely familiar to me, maybe a past life during the fall of another great civilization … ancient Rome, Egypt or perhaps Atlantis. Did I say fall of a civilization? Well at least, I fell this is a large event anyway, if we are to survive as a collective, we will need change our old ways and embrace a new paradigm — I really am optimistic that we can usher in a new age.

What I know for sure is that we are much more powerful than we are taught to believe: our prayers and heartfelt visualizations are powerful — with applied intentions, we can mold and shape the future. As a matter of fact I feel it is imperative that we come together now in focused compassion and do just that. This idea was the impetus for a Mother Earth-meditations on the new and full moon that I have started to do gratis — no shadow can sustain its power in The Light. We are that light.

Some unsolicited helpful suggestions, from my heart to yours:

  1. Pay attention. Investigate alternative news sources and do some research. What is really going on is hidden in plain sight, hint; symbols, signs, numbers.

  2. Immune support. Empower yourself by researching Mother Nature’s pharmacopeia of anti-virals and immune builders — please buy them now.

  3. Plant a garden. You can plant seeds in containers, and veggie starts in raised beds. Get organic seeds, berry bushes and fertilizer — please consider doing it now.

Please stay safe and take good care of yourselves and your families. This is a complicated time for us all but we will get through it together. Courage to face fear requires the willingness to choose something other than being afraid; pray fervently, visualize boldly, be peace, take action, be your noble, honorable and luminous self … your light makes us all brighter. With the strength of our vulnerability and brilliance of our unconditional love, we will overcome.
