This is a unique moment, that we may never have again.

These are trying times — we are in the midst of a pivotal historical period that will be studied for decades to come.
This is a unique moment, that we may never have again. Was there a moment when you wished the world would stop and you could have a minute to gather your thoughts? Perhaps the universe has capitulated. I encourage you to use this hiatus to nourish and feed yourself, I know it is natural to feel anxious, but it will do no good.

I also wanted to humbly offer some ideas about coping with our current situation:

  • One. Your Body. Consider making your body uninhabitable and unattractive for any virus. Perhaps consider some of Mother Nature’s natural anti-virus plants, such as: elderberry, ginger and medicinal mushrooms. By building your natural immunity you will have the best chance for repelling this nasty bug. Send love to yourself, your body and honor your self.

  • Two. Your Mind. Make your mind fear-proof. By cultivating an internal climate of love and compassion you will strengthen your field. Fear will weaken you. Consider a “news diet” and distance yourself from “general consensus reality” as this is only one interpretation of our daily experience. Be strong—you are a remarkable, powerful and multi-dimensional being.

  • Three. Your Soul. The eternal part of you is connected to higher guidance at all times — your intuition is the vehicle for accessing this wisdom. Whether through dreams, inner knowing, gut feeling or being cognizant of the signs, you will have accurate guidance for insight as well as being in the right place at the right time.

And here are some ideas about how to spend the next several weeks:

  • Pray, meditate and visualize healing light around Mother Earth, and all the living beings that are part of her ... including us. Be peace. Make an alter, do a ceremony invite your best future now.

  • Create from your heart, draw, paint, write, express your voice because your light makes us all brighter. When you create you are a creator ... your power aligns with the Great Mystery.

  • Go inside and be still. It is in that still place that you can connect to your soul, your eternal self. There you have access to knowledge … such as your life’s purpose while on this earthly sojourn.

  • Finish unfinished business. No better time … now.

  • Empower yourself … plant a garden, in pots, in the ground, just get something growing for later. Educate yourself about some natural herbs and mushrooms that are antiviral, antimicrobial, immune support, respiratory support. Have them handy.

As we near the sacred time of Easter, Passover and Spring Equinox, we are reminded of the death and rebirth symbolism that is prevalent in our modern religions and most ancient traditions. It cannot go on noticed that the central theme of the near-death experience teaches us the same thing—we don't die —that at the most fundamental level we are eternal and that well … God recycles.

May you be safe and healthy, your friend, Jane
